GIFT GIVER

 

As a mom, I love to do little things for my kids.  

It may be an unexpected delivery to a college dorm, buying those special peanut butter filled pretzels my son loves, or sending a quick text of encouragement.

Other times, I just want to do something out of the ordinary to surprise them, like walk past them in a full body gorilla suit to make them smile (they are so used to my antics it doesn’t even phase them anymore).  

Like us, our Heavenly Parents DELIGHT to bless their children.  

This is one of my favorite things to look for.

They are the givers of good gifts.

Have they hidden little gifts for me to find?  

Yesterday the sun was shining on my beautiful golden Ginkgo tree.  

It looked like it was on FIRE.  

I knew this was from the giver of great gifts.  

All I had to do was notice it.
